When an authorized user connects a Facebook account or Page, we may receive the information and permissions they authorize through Meta, such as a Page name, Page ID, access token, and information needed to manage or publish Page content. We may also receive information you provide when you contact us, such as your name, email address, and message. The information actually received depends on the features used and permissions granted.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate the authorized Facebook app functions, manage and publish Page content, respond to enquiries, and maintain the service. Information may be processed by Meta and service providers that support these functions, subject to their own terms and privacy policies, or disclosed where required by law.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as needed for the purposes described above or to meet applicable legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect information and restrict access to authorized use.
Access, removal, and data deletion
To ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of your information, email connielow74@ymail.com. Please include enough detail for us to identify your request; we may need to verify your identity. You can also remove the app's access through your Facebook settings. Removing access does not necessarily delete information previously received; email us for a deletion request.
